Qualifications for Adult Foster Care Residency:
Adults who benefit most from foster care are those who need help with everyday personal care due to developmental delay, mental illness, physical disability or aging. However, those who qualify for foster care do not need institutional care, such as provided by a nursing home or hospital. They are capable of living in the community with assistance and supervision.
For more information about residents’ qualifications call Adult Foster Care at 507-304-4172.
