The Physical Plant Department is responsible for the management of all facilities and grounds associated with the Courthouse, Government Center, Law Enforcement Center, Library, Household Hazardous Waste Center, Blue Earth County Radio Tower and tax delinquent properties. All incoming, outgoing and interoffice mail is handled for Blue Earth County. Project management is also provided for all contract services, construction and remodeling projects. The department also administers the Safety Program for Blue Earth County.
